Bobby Kutteh is Chief Executive Officer of Compass One Healthcare, including both Morrison Healthcare and Crothall.
Bobby joined Compass Group in 1999 and successfully led the support services division, including Crothall, SSC, and Eurest Services, through the significant development of new strategic markets, several significant acquisitions, and annual revenues approaching $2 billion. He was appointed CEO of Compass One Healthcare in 2014. Today, Compass One Healthcare revenues have grown to $3.5 billion, with 48,000 people providing food and support services to almost 2100 clients.
Bobby launched his career with American Hospital Supply (now Baxter Healthcare) as a field representative. During his seven years with the global medical products and services company, Bobby ascended through various management positions to vice president of sales. Bobby’s next role took him to Marriott’s Facilities Management Division in 1987, where he served as vice president.
Bobby was further groomed in the medical equipment and services industry when he moved to McGaw, Inc. in 1991, as an executive vice president. During his tenure, McGaw successfully merged with IVAX, a generic drug manufacturer, and in 1995, with B. Braun, one of the world’s largest medical device manufacturers. During this time, he also served on Crothall Services Group’s Board of Directors, and in 1999, joined the company full time.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, Bobby went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 1980 at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Bobby is married with one grown child and works from the Wayne, PA, office.
