Compass Group USA Named a 2015 Top Workplace in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC (September 28, 2015) – Compass Group USA has been awarded a 2015 Top Workplaces honor by The Charlotte Observer. In the inaugural year for The Charlotte Observer Top Workplaces program, Compass Group ranked eighth in the large company category.

The Charlotte Observer published their first-ever Top Workplaces list for the Charlotte metro area in their September 27, 2015 issue. The Observer’s Top Workplaces list features the top 50 employers based on the results of an employee feedback survey. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.

According to the WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, who administered the survey , Top Workplaces are not only better places to work but are more likely to be successful than peer organizations.

The survey was conducted on companies in all industry sectors across the region.
