As he walks the halls of Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, Chef Frank Murnane is hard to miss. Standing 6 feet 7 inches in his starched-white uniform, he is a formidable figure, but is mostly known for his compassion and care for his patients.

Chef Frank was recently recognized by Inova for his unwavering dedication in ensuring each individual patient receives a personal touch in their care.

“I like taking care of people who are trying to get healthy and that’s one of the things I find very rewarding about working here at the hospital,” he says.
