Celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage: Meet Amy Li

“Opportunities are connections,” says Amy Li, Vice President of Finance for Compass Group corporate HQ. As we wind down our celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Amy, who is Chinese, shares what has stood out most about her own leadership path. “Looking back, I’ve always been impressed with and grateful to my Compass colleagues and leaders, especially with their commitment to connect. Connection is important on so many levels. Their thoughtful feedback, generous guidance and continuous support are crucial for my professional development. And something to which I will always aspire as a leader.”
