In this role, she develops programs and partnerships that help expand access to nutrition care and education. Recently promoted to Lead Dietitian within Morrison Healthcare’s Nutrition Resource Team, CR Bourgeois is recognized for her ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, providers, and patients. While serving as a single-site RD, she established strong interdisciplinary partnerships and collaborated closely with onsite foodservice teams. CR also helped implement the new core menu initiative and supported data collection that demonstrated measurable improvements in patient satisfaction scores.

Betsey Bryant

For more than 30 years, Betsey Bryant has served patients across two critical access hospitals, building deep connections within the communities she supports. Recognizing the challenges many patients face with food insecurity and malnutrition, she launched an initiative to create an ‘Ensure’ food bank for patients in need. The program provides oral nutrition supplements to vulnerable individuals who may otherwise lack access to adequate nutrition support. She is also working with social workers to connect patients to additional community food and nutrition resources.
