Cindy Noble Named a 2021 OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model

Compass Group, the leading foodservice, support services and hospitality company, today announced that Cindy Noble, Chief People Officer, Compass Group North America, has been named to the 2021 OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model Lists.

The lists, released by diversity and inclusion network INvolve and powered by Yahoo! Finance, recognizes LGBT+ business leaders and allies who are breaking down barriers and creating more inclusive workplaces across the world.

Noble was named in the Top 15 of the 100 LGBT+ Executives Role Model List for her commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Under her leadership, Compass Group launched its first-ever D&I survey, established initiatives confronting unintentional biases, and implemented training centered around “Why Pronouns Matter,” which speaks to LGBT+ inclusivity. In addition, pre-COVID, she expanded Compass’ Pride Celebration from a single day to four days in four states to reach more associates and the communities we serve.
