Compass Group Named Among Top 25 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America

December 11, 2020

Compass Group USA, the leader in foodservice, hospitality and support services, has been named among the Top 25 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America by Healthiest Employers® for its investment in the health and wellbeing of its employees.

This marks the third consecutive year that Compass Group has made the list, which recognizes organizations that are committed to creating a healthy workplace based on six factors: vision, cultures/engagement, learning, expertise, metrics and technology.

“It’s an honor to once again be recognized as one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America,” said Cindy Noble, Chief People Officer, Compass Group North America. “Taking care of our people, clients and customers has always been our top priority. We’ve worked hard to create health and wellness resources that fit the needs of our Associates and their families, and we’ll continue to do so, because when our people are healthy, they can focus on being their best selves – at work and at home.”

As part of its commitment to the wellbeing of its associates, Compass Group offers a variety of health and wellness programs to help associates live a healthier lifestyle. Offerings include:

  • Time off for preventive care;
  • Free onsite fitness centers or discounted gym memberships;
  • Exclusive access to virtual healthy living events;
  • And, because part of living a healthy lifestyle includes emotional wellbeing, Compass’ Employee Assistance Program is available to help associates and their families handle life’s challenges.

“Each company on this list can be proud of their investment in health and wellbeing and the impact it has on the lives of its employees and our communities,” said Haley Elmore, Healthiest Employers® Program Coordinator. “Not only are these companies demonstrating care for their people, but those businesses are thriving by having more engaged, focused, and productive employees.”
