Compass Group USA Earns 2026 World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business Recognition for Fourth Consecutive Year

Compass Group USA has been recognized as a 2026 World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business by Disability:IN through the Disability Index®, the leading independent benchmark for disability inclusion in business. The designation recognizes our efforts to create disability-inclusive workplaces and practices that help people do their best work.

The Disability Index evaluates how organizations advance disability inclusion. At Compass Group, that work includes inclusive recruitment and workplace accommodations, career development opportunities, accessible digital experiences, inclusive marketing and communications, and practices that improve access.
