Compass Group signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Zipongo, a digital platform that makes it easy for our customers to keep healthy and sustainable eating habits both at work and at home!

Based on your unique health needs and preferences, Zipongo connects with Compass Group’s proprietary menu and recipe management system to offer daily personalized meal recommendations for your on-site café. Helping you take the extra step beyond your work café, Zipongo recommends personalized healthy recipes for users to make at home. Shopping lists are custom built based on your selected recipes through the meal planning tool and include suggestions for local grocery store discounts.

statsZipongo conducted a year-long pilot study with over 300 participants. Biometric data was collected and Food Frequency Questionnaires (FFQs) were filled out by participants before and after the trial. People in the unhealthy range with regard to their waist size saw an almost 2” reduction in waist size. 75% of users reported that their eating habits improved. People for whom the platform recommended to eat more vegetables or fruit, saw a 135% increase in fruit intake and a 91% increase in vegetable intake.
