Compass Group, the leading foodservice, support services and hospitality company, today announced that Chief Digital and Technology Officer Jugveer Randhawa was named to the Empower 100 Executives Role Model List and Chief People Officer Cindy Noble was named to the Empower 50 Advocates Executive Role Model List. The lists, released by INvolve People and supported by Yahoo Finance, showcase leaders who are championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in their businesses.
Jugveer Randhawa, Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Compass Group North America, was named to the Empower 100 Executives Role Model List for developing and implementing Compass Digital Labs’ Digital Future Initiative, a set of action-based programs where Associates use their knowledge and expertise in the world of technology to empower communities and build the next generation of digital leaders. Additionally, Jugveer’s focus on diversity and inclusion extends Compass Group’s DEI efforts to Associates, partners and suppliers in the digital space.
“I’m very proud to represent the teams at Compass Digital and Technology as they champion diversity, equity and inclusion across our organization,” said Jugveer. “Our teams fully embrace these principles, building a culture and spaces that are helping to make our company a more representative and equitable one.”
For the second year in a row, Cindy Noble, Chief People Officer of Compass Group North America, was named to the Empower 50 Advocates Executive Role Model List for empowering Associates to succeed through a culture of belonging. In her time as Chief People Officer, Cindy oversaw the first-ever company-wide diversity and inclusion survey, the establishment of initiatives confronting unintentional biases, and the recognition of best practices through an Associate Inclusion Excellence Award.
“I’m thrilled to be included with Jugveer in the Empower Role Model Lists,” said Cindy. “As an organization, we work to promote a welcoming environment for our 270,000 Associates every day, and the work Jugveer is doing to promote belonging in tech is especially impactful to our Associates.”
