Compass Named by Fortune as One of the World’s Most Admired Companies, & named by Forbes as One of America’s Best Employers for New Grads & Best Employers for Diversity
We are proud to announce Compass Group PLC has once again been named by Fortune as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies for 2022. This award is a testament to our Associates’ dedication in ensuring we continue to enjoy the strongest reputations within and across our industries.
Compass Group USA has also been named to two of Forbes Best lists: 2022 Best Employer for New Grads and 2022 Best Employers for Diversity. It is the fifth year in a row Compass Group has earned both new grads and diversity distinctions.
For Best Employers for New Grads, Forbes teamed up with market research company Statista to identify the 300 organizations most liked by workforce entrants in its annual ranking. Respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement, effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts and company image.

We want graduates to begin their career journey here – and continue it for life.”
Forbes partnered again with market research company Statista to determine America’s Best Employers for Diversity by asking 60,000 survey participants to rate their organizations on criteria such as age, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation equality, as well as overall diversity. Statista then asked respondents belonging to underrepresented groups to nominate organizations other than their own.
