Carolina Black Label BBQ Smoked Wings

Serves 10 people

Smoked/Grilled Chicken Wings

50 jumbo drumettes or whole cut wings

1 gallon brine

1/2 cup of your favorite dry rub

2 cups Carolina Black Label BBQ Sauce

Chicken Wing Brine

1 gallon water

3/4 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup of your favorite dry rub

1 Tbsp honey

Carolina Black Label BBQ Sauce

16 oz. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce

2/3 cup Jack Daniels Black Label

Cooking Instructions

Brine wings for 1-4 hrs with chicken wing brine recipe.

Drain wings from brine and toss with dry rub.

Preheat smoker or grill to med-low and cook for 45 min-1 hr, turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165°.

Toss with heated Carolina Black Label BBQ Sauce and serve with blue cheese dip, celery, and carrots.
