Compass Earns a Top Score on 2025 Disability Index for Third Consecutive Year

July 15, 2025

Compass Group USA has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” on the 2025 Disability Index®, recognizing our commitment to advancing disability inclusion and building a workplace where all employees can contribute and drive long-term success. This is the third year in a row Compass has earned a top score on the index, which is the leading third-party benchmarking tool for evaluating corporate disability inclusion and is used by hundreds of companies globally.

“When we create space for everyone to thrive, we unlock the full potential of our people,” said Cindy Noble, Chief People Officer. “Disability inclusion is a vital part of our strategy to create meaningful impact and drive innovation.”

The index measured our performance across six key areas: Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Inclusion, and Responsible Procurement. Top-scoring companies are recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.”

Over the past year, our efforts have included celebrating the International Day of People with Disabilities on December 3. According to the World Health Organization, more than 1.3 billion people worldwide live with a disability. To promote awareness about this important day each year and reinforce our commitment to disability inclusion, we developed a dedicated resource that was shared across the organization.

“Making our workplaces accessible and inclusive is fundamental to attracting, retaining, and nurturing all talent,” added Aleshia McMath, Global Director of Inclusion, Opportunity and Wellbeing. “The index points the way forward – deepening our inclusion practices and reinforcing a culture rooted in care and respect.

The Disability Index recognition also aligns with a significant national milestone: the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26, a landmark civil rights law signed in 1990. We remain committed to making meaningful strides toward greater accessibility and to fostering a workplace culture where every associate is empowered to do their best work.
