Compass Group Receives 2 Newsweek Recognitions: America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 and America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024

February 26, 2024

Compass Group recently received two incredible recognitions from Newsweek:

  • one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024, which is awarded to top companies whose employees say genuinely respect and value individuals from different walks of life; and
  • one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024, which is also awarded to top companies whose employees say are taking steps to address workplace inequities.

“Being recognized by our people for both of these honors speaks to the heart and soul of our culture,” shared Aleshia McMath, vice president of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. “Our people will always be our purpose – respecting and valuing individuals and providing opportunities for all are at the core of who we are as an organization.”

Compass was recognized for providing an inclusive culture where work–life balance is a focus, intentional recruitment and providing advancement opportunities for all is a priority, and proactive management of diversity is an ongoing commitment. Through Newsweek surveys, Associates gave Compass the highest rating – five stars – for both recognitions.

Newsweek identified America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by anonymously and confidentially surveying more than 220,000 individuals and included representation at over 1.5 million companies in America. It is the second time Compass received this award, which debuted last year. The award for Women anonymously and confidentially surveyed more than 142,000 female employees and included representation at over 848,000 companies across the country.
